I have a memo field in one of the columns in a grid.
There are 2 things I would like to do:

1. Is there a way to have it show the beginning of the text in the memo field without having to double click in the field?

2. Is it possible to have a window open automaticcaly with 1 or 2 lines of the memo text by just having the cursor arrow going over the field in the grid?
