I attended a session presented by Rick Strahl at the last DevCon. He added a Microsoft IE4 object to a form and was able to control the URL of the form, as well as other things. Every time I add the IE4 object to a VFP form, VFP gets a Dr. Watson GPF.
I have successfully added a "Netscape Hypertext Document" to a form, but I cannot control it via thisform.oNetscape.location = "
http://xxx.com" or .open("
http://xxx.com") When I double click on the Netscape object, the Netscape tool bar appears and allows me to use it to control the object's URL. But, after an initial error of (no location specified) from Netscape.
Has anyone been able to add a browser object to a VFP form and control it?
