What version are U running? FPW and FPW Distribution Kit must be the same version. I think FPW went to 2.6b, but you should check.

Have you optimized your memory settings in CONFIG.FPW?

What type of PC are U using? See Q171047 for an interesting report of problems on PCs with 150 or greater processors.

Can U create distribution media for other platforms?

Are any other programs open that may cause a conflict with the Setup Wizard? Try closing down everything.
