I try for what you say but it's still have an error.
after rebuild it's still show error like :

error loading file - record number 13._HYPERLINKLABEL1 < or one of its members>.Parent:
Error with _Label - MousePointer:Expression evaluated to an ilegal value

if I am not rebuild again and just follow the default of ActiveVFP program the error before rebuild like :
feature is not available

Could you help me. Because Iam so much intresting about Active VFP

Note : Iam using VFP 8.0 and IIS 5.1, OS windowsXP, microsoft Visual studio.net 2002.
