run inetmgr and then right click on the smtp server go to properties. check the settgins inhere, especially the delivery interval

I am using MS Outlook XP.
For SMTP Server I gave it a "localhost".

Now I am able to send one message through it.
But if I want to send two at once, I have to wait for a long time between them or I have to RESTART the SMTP server.

Do you know where the problem could be?
