I was using Novell for 4-5 years ago. I Suspect like this:

write in autoexec.ncf

map s1:sys://login
map s2:sys://public
map s3:sys://your_dir

sys is your volume name (maybe different from sys)

or write in command line

map g:sys://your_dir

.....

Sory. May be I do some mistakes. It was years ago... Nowadays users preffer Windows. Novell was strong like rock. It runs on 16 MB 486 PC. Windows like a street dog. Hungry and useless.
