Instead of encapsulating the business logic in an application, create an OLEPUBLIC class with the same functionality and compile it as a COM DLL which returns the results as XML. The exposed interface can then be accessed using ASP which in turn can then be transformed/rendered to html. The other option you could try is again using ASP or ASP.NET, access the data directly using the Visual FoxPro OLEDB driver.
