Don't know if this will help but I had a similar problem when we switched to NT. In our case we were creating discs from our source sub-directory which was three levels deep ie. our programs and data files were stored in
c:\distrib\apps\plant. This worked great in Win95 but not NT - we then decided to store the data in c:\plant and it worked fine on NT. Hope this helps.
