How to add the outline.ocx control to my setup using the installshield limited edition for vfp7.0

I have already included vfp runtime library including the common controls.

plus vc++ runtime library.

When i am trying to run the exe on the client machine which is created using the setup.
I am getting message saying" ole control not registered (msoutline)
Could you please tell me how i can add the active x controls to my setup program. with installshield limited edition.
