I have a modeless form with a treeview control on it. When this form loses focus to a modal form and then gets focus back, the treeview control moves to the upper left-hand corner of the form!

I can use lockscreen to keep the treeview control from moving, but if the user moves the lookup form over the calling form, it gets all messy looking until it receives focus. I really don't want to change the lookup form to modeless because it's used all over our apps and returns a value.

I'm using VFP5, and know there are issues with activex controls and modal forms with this version. Any ideas or work-arounds for this issue?
Will upgrading to VFP 7 or 8 fix this problem?
