Hi,

In VFP6 attempting to set the parent node of a node to a descendent of itself generated an error 1429 with AERROR() giving the 'This would introduce a cycle' message.

Haven't checked in VFP7 but in VFP8 the same action raises the more generic error 1426 with a 'Member not found' message - not exactly useful !!

Anyone know why this was changed or how to now trap for the recursion error ?
