Ok now I see what you are saying and I agree. There have been poeple who ahve left the VFP project team and there have been people who have come to the VFP team. Overall I think the number of members is slightly down from when MS first got the product.
My guess of the real money maker for MS would be Win95, probably followed by the Office Suite.
