As far as I can tell there was never a solution to this thread. People went off on some tangents but the original question of why the rollback didn't work for you wasn't solved. I am following the same procedure and having the identical problem. My source directories are correct and I am restoring all the files, .fxp, .vcx. VCT, VCA, etc.

Did you find a solution to this problem? If not can anyone out there help?
