I currently don't have VFP8 installed, so don't know, if there would be any value in my tests. Anyway, if you can prepare all necessary files, archive them to zip and send, I may take a look. There is a possibility of corrupted data/indexes. Are you sure, it's not the case?

BTW, I noticed, that in some cases you return .f. from form's init. Did you initialize variable lOk in combo?
