This is probably a very "newbie" question but I can't find an answer in VS.NET help.

When you need to put Javascript code in your asp.net page, do you just go to HTML code (header section) and add it there "manually"? Or is there another way or writing Javascript code in VS.NET? That is, similar to how you can add Javascript in Dreamweaver in Design View.

The reason I am asking is I want to be sure that if I write it "manually" VS.NET does not change/reformat the code upon saving it.

TIA
