Configutation:
POS terminal = Win98, vfp8 database
Server = Win2000 server,vfp8 database

Currently we have an installation of a POS system in a supermarket with just 26 terminals. I send the data to the server batch mode, after end of day of each terminals. When the terminal is sending the data to the server, we encounter "internal consistency error" eventhough the data in the server is not corrupted and the indexes are in good state.

Which do you think is a better approach:

1. Online - Ill save the data to the server every transaction which will not clog the network

2. Batch Mode - Revise the existing batch mode sending of data (all transactions of the daty) to the server
