Apart from the database events that Çetin mentioned, there is no simple and fast solution in VFP.

You can encrypt data - some fields, perhaps - using third-party tools. Some programs can be obtained from www.hallogram.com.

You can consider using a database server (change to a C/S architechture).

Or, depending on how critical this part is, you can postpone this problem, and dedicate yourself to other aspects of development.
