No and yes. If TTS had worked as it should there would be no problem. When a power failure or alike occurs, an FP table could be damaged, and up to date with TTS as I could see result is worse than w/o TTS. With TTS on or not lowlevel user intervention is generally needed for FP tables. With TTS rollback, you have less chance to put everything in place.
