The duplex printing is done by a printer. All you've to do is to tell the printer to do that. It can be done at time of printing through SYS(1037), REPORT PROMPT or by hacking FRX and setting Duplex in EXPR field to 2 or 3. It can be also done in Report Designer in the Page Setup.
