I use some of the following sorces to help me with API calls:
msn help
UT (of course)
http://www.andreavb.com/API_USER32.html
http://www.news2news.com/vfp/

if i can't find the info needed there, i go and start search in yahoo, etc. and translate solutions from other languages like C and VB.
