The hardware is just too fast for some things. A rewrite is in order. I thought the speed problem was limited to FP/Win. We have a FP/DOS 2.6 app that runs fine on all kinds of hardware including 166 & higher Pentiums. On the other hand, if I remember right, there was a problem running FP/DOS 2.0 under Windows because of incompatibilities in the memory manager. I don't remember what the symptoms of the problem were. If the app is being run under Windows, the original poster didn't say either way, that might be the problem.
