>We already had that listed since the beginning of the introduction of those software in our technical guidelines at http://www.levelextreme.com/TechnicalGuideline.asp. I also wrote a part of a related article on it from a recent Universal Thread Magazine issue where I explained a little bit a bad perception that many vendors in that area have with their default settings assuming that everything that goes in a new window is a spam. For example, on UT, we have pick list and other related needed windows. As for you, your account was setup to open a new window at login. But, for those utilities, their default settings believe that all those windows are spam and this is why you never saw anything. You can also adjust the setting in your account and turn the switch on. However, there are other places on UT you won't be able to work such as explained at the top of this message.

I read the warnings provided concerning AdSubtract, Norton Internet Security, and Zone Alarm on the "Technical guidelines" page in the UT. What I was attempting to do was provide specific details for users of both the UT and ZA Pro, which would allow most ( if not all ? ) features of both programs to operate on the same system. I hope I have not offended anyone by presenting the details of how I set up my copy of ZA Pro.
