Hello Steve,

Do you believe that 4 "MVPs" won't change the reputation of VFP ?

Those "MVP"s had a lot of responsibility on this community. . But, they fled from...
In my understanding, these "MVP"s betray the community of VFP !

There is, so many people (like me), that makes a lot of investiments in VFP (in time, money and patience). I don't know if you know what I meant. But, if you do the same, certainlly you will understand me..

>MVP status is given to someone for their online support given in the *previous* year. They don't have an obligation to continue that support. You are proposing that an MVP should not increase their skill set to include .NET? Or that if they do, they must do it quietly, and by no means become good enough at it to help others?

Of course.. You are right, everybody has the right to change it's own ideas.. Nobody is the same person that used to be in past..

But, there is some responsibility on some positions.. I am in charge of others person (in our company). There is a lot of things that I want to do (or talk) that I don't do it (for the reason of my position)..

This is my point, those "MVP"s really don't care about the community that give them a MOST VALUABLE recognition.. (For his onw capacity, of course)

Why don't they wait for a while (few months, I do believe).. Is it an annual contest?

Formally I know, it doesn't exist anything that it prohibit them of doing anything. But, morally speaking, it doesn't exist the community?
