If we would only have 10 pictures, yes, we could do it. But, the amount of pictures taken, and the number of hours that reporters are doing on a daily basis doesn't allow more work to be done. They already go to sleep around 2h00 am in average each day and start earlier in the morning. So, they are already doing miracles at those events. As for external contributions, we cannot ask them for specific guidelines are they are contributers and are not bound to specific guidelines.
