Can anybody help me please!

I have a program named Application.prg. When I run this program I would like to startup an executable and record the users local Ip address to a table. I have the updating of the IP address working but I cannot start the program up. Here is my syntax:

FOPEN("C:\QuestPDM\questpdm.exe,12")
