have an app that stores excel spreadsheets as general fields in tables. if record doesn't have a spreadsheet in the general field (new record), we run through a series of tests to determine what spreadsheet should be used.

we've modified the spreadsheets so that certain required functions are available from the system menu. When used through vfp, however, we don't get the updated menu -- just the standard excel menu. what gives?
