I could be a member of that club! :o) Back in my college days I worked as a waitress nights at the only restaurant at the airport in Grand Junction, CO. It's since been remodeled and there no longer is a restaurant, only a snackbar. Back then all snowbird flights to Aspen and Vail used to go through GJ so I met quite a few famous people including Kurt Russell (after the child movies and just before the big flicks), Stevie Nicks, Cher and Chastity Bono, George Hamilton, and more. Hey, I even served Charles Bronson a cheeseburger one day. :o} Last year my aunt dated a member of the rock group Train too. Those people are everywhere! :o) I have a friend that I talk to everyday at lunch at the coffee shop here that is a SIFU and does specialized wilderness, self-defense, etc training. He has quite a few students that are famous and they contact him all the time. He went on tour with the Dave Mathews band for a month once for fun and also with a couple of other bands. Just goes to show that you can live in timbuktu and still meet a lot of people...

>Thanks Jon.

>Yes I decided to give up the pop star multi millionaire lifestyle for self employed software writing. It was just too much sex drugs and rock n roll.

>Actually he does live about ten miles from here and I know someone who knows him. There should be a club for people who know someone who know someone famous.

>Years ago someone on Compuserve asked me if I was the drummer for Pink Floyd. In the flesh people have said I look like Elvis Costello (gap between teeth helps). What does it all mean ?

>>>Can anyone recommend a good calendar control or technique. I want to give the user the ability enter dates by selecting from pop up calendar.

>>One of the UT posters here, Paul Mrozowski, has a free form-based calendar control (non-ActiveX) that may be of interest to you. Here's the website:
