Just to clarify the last message with the original sample, the command is:

TR=SHELL("COMMAND /K Copy c:\path\File1.doc d:\path\File2.doc") OR
TR=SHELL("COMMAND /K md d:\MyPath\MyDir")

The Layout should be

TR=SHELL("COMMAND /K -DOS Command-")
