I am unaware of the Other DLLs required to use a VFP Dll.... PLEASE educate me.

Would not knowing about the support DLLs prevent the compiled Dll from being registered via Regsvr32?

The only error message is associated with Regsrv32 not being able to register the CODEMAKER.DLL on the Server:
"DllREgisterServer in codemaker.dll failed. Return code was: 0x80004005"

I've looked up the error on MSKB....there are LOTS of circumstances that can generate a 0x80004005 error.

Which brings up another element of my vast ignorance: is not a COM server able to exist on a Server WITHOUT VFP support files? I must be missing something obvious here.....
