Are the two building networks talking to each other, if Yes it is as easy as
either mapping a drive letter to the server in the other building; I do that a lot; or use universal naming to copy de file like :

COPY FILE MyFileName TO "\\ServerName\ServiceName\DirectoryName\MyFileName"

If the tow networks are not talking to each other, the you might use CommTools to comunicate over the phone, check http://www.Hallogram.com
they have a few utilities to do that including CommTools
