Coding, syntax & commands
Hi,
This might be a duplicate post, I didn't see the first one I posted so here it goes again.
If I have a data entry form (have the add,edit,delete,search,...etc buttons) I can do 2 things to put some sort of shortcut/hotkeys to make it easier and faster for the user to enter data.
1) When I bring up the form I can add extra items for the system menu for the add,edit,del.. and use CTRL-A for add, CTRL-D for delete etc..
2) I can use hotkeys (the ON KEY LABEL command) and have the user hit F2 to add, F3 to delete, etc.
What have your experiences been with both? What have users seemed more receptive to?
Thanks
