When I "Edit Parent Class Method" and save changes, the changes don't appear when I run it.

When I select "yes" when prompted to "save?" I can see something compiliing, and when I edit the parent class, the changes are there. After editing the parent class method without changing anything the changes appear when I run it.

I'm guessing that memory still has a copy of the old parent class in it and not refreshing it until I edit the parent class.
I tried putting a "clear program" in QueryModifyFile() in the ProjectHook class, but that didn't help.

How can I fix this?
