Hi everyones,

I have a program written in VFP 6 that's been working fine for a long time. Today, at one client, when they tried to print one single check, after the printer has been choosen, windows display a page count up to 10,000 and stop, it does not print at all.

I backup their database and try it on my own installation and everything works fine, it print one page as it should. So the problem is not with the data nor the program.

To me the problem seems to be related to the printer. I know they have been using that printer for many years with my program without problem. I also know they upgrade their workstation to the latest windows XP version recently. At this moment, I don't know for sure the printer brand name; it's a dot matrix printer (maybe Okidata).

I'm not responsible for their netware installation, they have their own technicien. All I need is a way to prove that the program is not in cause and, if possible, something to tell their technicien as to where the problem might be.
