Maybe, maybe not :)

Generally, you want transactions to be as quick...every record involved in the transaction becomes locked for the duration of the transaction. Maybe this is not a problem for what you are trying to do.

When you wrap it in a transaction, and issue multiple tableupdates, does your SEEK work properly? Do you have a working solution?
