I have seen this happen when the wrong printer driver is installed and the page just does not eject. The print job is sitting in the printer and when the user presses continue on the printer, it is just ejecting the page from the printer. Are you printing using ??, @...say, or VFP .frx reports? If you print to this printer does it possibly never eject a page but only store the printed output in the printer until a user presses continue or another printer output is sent to the printer (which would force the page to eject)?
>I have a VFP6 application running on a couple hundred PC's. I have at least two locations that used HP 2300 Laser Printers. Both of these when reports are printed, the printer goes offline as if in manual mode and the user must press continue to get the printout. The same executable runs fine to many other HP Laser Printers including 4050 and 4100. Has anyone experienced this and has a fix? Is it a known issue? Other applications, non Fox, run and print fine at both of these locations. It is something to do with FoxPro and this particular printer model.
