Different printers have different non-printable margins. Most likely when you print on the "good" computer, the printer you are using has small non-printable margins. However, when you print on the "bad" computer, the printer probably has slighly larger non-printable margins. Therefore, the height of the Page Header, Detail Band, and Page Footer are slightly more than is allowed.
