We are trying to debug a reallly buggy program that were sent to us and in this program, it use an object called recordset. I know what it is, but my question is, isn't there a more efficient object that would do the job, like in ACCESS where we have the ADODB recordset instead of the simple Recordset? We can't even use the recordcount method with this one, at least not the way they declared their recordset.

How can we make recordcount not return -1 every time???
