I am updating an olepublic class that is compiled as an .exe and used as an out-of-process server on our web server.

Every function (method) works great, but when I try to call a method from another method inside my class it hangs in memory.

Is this not allowed, not good programming practice, or probably just a bug in my code.

Any guidance is always appreciated.
