Well, if you understand the title, you understand my problem.

I'm writing a driver to access a Teradata database via ODBC. Teradata has a DBMS memvar called Activity_Count that's analogous to VFP's _TALLY. The value is also squirreled away in something called the SQL Communications Area (SQLCA) "field" SQLERRD[3]. Its taken me about 7 hours of wading through NCR's documentation to be able to make that simple statement. I have yet to figure out how to access the information through either mechanism.

Any suggestions?
