However, I found it under control panel, Regional and Language Options, Languages, Details... then I had to install the English International Input language and apply it as the default and it worked! :o)OK. Depends on the Win version. I'm using Win2k here at work, but in XP for example, it's in a little different place. Glad you like it. I've been using it for years to write in different languages.
Try apostrophe and vowels, "áéíóú", double quote and "U" to get umlaut "ü" (used in Spanish, German), apostrophe and c to get cedille "ç" (used in French and Portuguese), and so on.
