Is there some way to detect when a vfp application loses focus and when it regains focus?

I have an application in which the user wants the Capslock turned on. This is no big deal, when the application opens, the capslock is turned on. WHen the application is closed the capslock is set back to it's original state.

However, If the application has lost focus because the user has accessed some other application. The capslock remains on. I would like to be able to set the capslock back whenever the application loses focus.
