It looks like one thing that is going on is that you have a cyclical relationship:
Ovalidator adds obusiness which adds Ovalidator and so on and so on. If you REALLY need a reference to THIS and can't use this.parent then you will need a cleanup method that will cycle through all objects & added objects etc and release them or set the references to null for properties set to object references.
