Thought I would let you know, I'm on track to find the error.

I started a new myBase.vcx in myClasslibs.exe and a form in myMain.exe that uses it, and I got it to work.
So I don't think it was because myClassLibs.exe couldn't be found. It has to be something hardcoded in the classlibs somewhere.
