spot on, just double click on the field and there is a print when check box on the screen, single click this and another screen comes up, again with a print when. this is a check box, click on this and now you are in the print when of that field

Yes, I remember it is somewhere there - but I can't remember the exact details. I think it is similar to VFP, namely, you have to double-click on the field, and then look for the "Print When..." button.
