I'm using a Grid whose recordsource is an updatable local view. When a certain value of an object in the grid is changed I have to requery the view so that the grid reflects this change. To do it, in LostFocus of this object , I set focus to a commandbutton outside the grid, do the tableupdate of the view, refresh the grid and finally set focus again to the grid.

Sometimes at the beginning, sometimes during the usage of the grid, VFoxPro v.6 reports Error 5 and from this moment on I'm unable to focus the grid again either by code or by using the mouse. The only thing to do is to close the form and open it again. It seems to me that VFoxPro loses the relation between the activerow of the grid and the record pointer of the view.

Does anybody have any clue about this problem?
