What operating systems does your application target? Are they all able to communicate over the internet?
If they are all running NT or 2000 you can use the NetRemoteTOD API command.
If your computers are running connected to the internet or have a SNTP time server on the network, your best bet is to use a SNTP client to synchronize them. You would get more accurate time.
