Done, then rebooted, but problem still exists.

Some good, of sorts. I've been able to make this error happen on a desktop PC that has WinXP installed. So I now ruled out the TabletPCs and TabletPC WinXP Edition as the cause. Looks like it must be an WinXP thing since NT and 2000 don't have this file delete problem.
One weird tidbit... If I select more than 1 file then delete, it always works.
