Unfortunately, I do need a couple of frills. What I should have made clear
is that I need to be able to rescale the entire web page for display. In
other words, if I put it into the upper left quarter of the screen, the
contents need to be rescales to one quarter size. As far as I know, the
standard IE control can't do this.

Will the product you are developing have this capability?
