Can VFP be part of DotNet without loosing it's IDE?

The question is: does the Delphi environment create native .NET applications? I don't think it does(but maybe I'm wrong). If it doesn't, then it's probably not much different than using interop with .VFP. mtdlls. The TLBIMP command(free in the .NET Framework) will take a .VFP. mtdll and emit MSIL Intermediate code that is understood by the .NET framework..
