No - sorry to say I did not, and my client is still having the problem. I get them to choose the printer, nothing works. Two identical machines bought at the same time both going to the one network printer as their default: one works the other tosses the error. I even had a tech guy download and install the latest and greatest drivers - nothing.

I guess some computers were just born to hate me personally.

I'll track you down if I do get a resolution.
